In the early chapters of Genesis, two parties are found. The seed of Satan are characterized by the writing of wicked songs. In contrast, the seed of the Son are characterized by calling upon the name of the Lord. As believers, we are commanded to pray, we are taught how to pray, and we are promised blessings when we pray. Now, none of us pray as we ought; all of us are sinful and foolish in this regard. However, there is good news – God also assists us in our prayer. It is my hope that this devotional will leave you instructed, repentant, hungry, and confident. We ought to pray. We ought to repentant for our prayerlessness. Following this, let us pant for intimate communion with our Father, and boldly go to the throne of grace one more time.
